9d17ee60a5 Put back wxMSW's wxStaticBitmap::DoGetBestSize because GetBitmap (used

d8bffc1335 * Fixed wxStaticBitmap::SetBitmap so that it does not ignore the mask 
* Hopefully made possible use SetBitmap with as wxSB created with an icon
  and SetIcon with a wxSB created with a bitmap

223d09f6b5 replaced T() makro with wxT() due to namespace probs, _T() exists, too 
fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code
compiles and links fine on Solaris, runs with samples and Mahogany

81d66cf39f wxToolBar API changes; now frames manage their toolbar & statusbar properly;

wxWindow::GetUpdateRegion added; removed wxUpdateIterator; some missing functions
