Expand() called ExpandAncestors() in the generic wxDataViewCtrl implementation
but not in the native ones, resulting in observable difference in the
behaviour: for example, the wxDataViewTreeCtrl in the dataview sample appeared
initially expanded under MSW, using the generic version, but collapsed under
GTK and OSX.
Harmonize this among all ports. This also has a nice side effect of making
Expand() less horribly inefficient as it is not recursively called by
ExpandAncestors() which it itself used to call: now ExpandAncestors() only
calls DoExpand() which is a simple function that only expands the item passed
to it and does nothing else.

Take care of all the common stuff such as setting the event object and the
model, which is used for all events, in the ctor. Also set both the column
pointer and the column index at once instead of having two separate setters
for them which could result in inconsistent event objects (and did, as
sometimes only one or only the other field was set).
This makes the code shorter (we save 160 lines) and more clear and ensures
that everything is always initialized.

Cocoa has been the default toolkit in wxWidgets for a long time. There is really no good reason to use Carbon in 2016 and this removes a lot of unused and unmaintained code.
This isn't done in neither generic nor the GTK versions and prevents from
inserting the columns into the control before associating a model with it.

Don't call ClearColumns() which recreates the control in order to remove its
columns in wxOSX/Cocoa, just clean up the internal data, the control, and its
columns, will soon be deleted anyhow.

The previous m_ModelNotifier became invalid but wasn't always replaced with a
valid one, resulting in a crash due to the use of an invalid pointer.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Use the same short names as are used by the event table macros for the event
type constants themselves. This makes them much more comfortable to use, e.g.
Bind(wxEVT_BUTTON) compared to Bind(wxEVT_COMMAND_BUTTON_CLICKED).
The old long names are still kept for backwards compatibility and shouldn't be
removed as it doesn't really cost anything to continue providing them, but all
new event types should only use the short versions.

The control remained associated to the model so a dangling pointer could be
used if the model was destroyed after the control.
Fix this by removing the control from the model list of notifiers when it is
destroyed.

This is more consistent with other wxDVC methods (taking column pointer
as its argument) and other DVC-like classes where the name EditLabel()
is used for similar purposes.

wxDataViewCtrl::GetSelection() now always returns invalid item if more than
a single item is selected in a multi-selection control.
Also add HasSelection() and GetSelectedItemsCount() to allow checking if any
items are selected.
Updated the documentation, all ports and added a test for all these functions.

Only Cocoa build on 10.5+ is supported. Before that, NSOutlineView
didn't have reasonable support for determining cell sizes.

Current item is the same as the selected item in single selection mode but in
multiple selection mode there was no way to neither get this item nor change
it before so add the new functions to allow doing this now.
The new methods are implemented for the generic, GTK and OS X/Cocoa versions
but only stubs are provided for OS X/Carbon.

As all the other wxWidgets controls take the parameter in their ctor/Create()
it's unexpected that wxDataViewCtrl does not. Add the name parameter and pass
it to wxWindowBase::CreateBase() as usual.

Set up the DC passed to wxDataViewCustomRenderer::Render() to use the font and
colour defined by the item attribute by default so that any calls to
RenderText() from it will use them automatically.
Also added public wxDataViewCustomRenderer::GetAttr() to allow retrieving the
attribute explicitly in Render().
The column using custom renderer in the dataview sample now works as expected
in the generic version; the native ones will be corrected in the upcoming
commits.

Start cleaning up Cocoa wxDataViewCtrl implementation:
- Don't use "this->" which is not used anywhere else in wx code.
- Use "()" instead of "(void)" as per wx coding standards.
- Don't use end of function comments, this is inconsistent and
unmaintainable.
No real changes otherwise.

There is no reason to have a separate class for rendering the text honouring
the attributes defined for it, wxDataViewTextRenderer itself already does this
perfectly well.
