3417c2cd3d Replaced old wxSizer, 
Converted two of wxGTK's standard dialogs to use them,
  Applied two fixes to wxDC code,
  Made wxRadiobox a little smaller,
  Added sizer.h to wx.h

32ac755d4a Changed wxSizer::GetSize() to DoGetSize() (and others) 
Added debug code because I dont know why buttons
   sometimes work and sometimes not.

c67daf8777 General tidy-up (mainly typecasts) to allow the use of the SGI native 
compilers (tested on Irix 6.5 with -mips3 -n32).

1. _() calls added where needed.
2. const added in params in postscrp.[h,cpp] in order to compile with
_().
3. Some .cvsignore added. (I did not found any .cvsignore in repository,
it is rather hard to compile something without them...)
