This undoes accidental change of ms_classInfo from public to protected
in 95c98a0b5f (Work around -Wuggest-override for event table macros from
gcc 11, 2021-04-25).
Also add a unit test checking that using wxCLASSINFO(wxObject) compiles
and works as expected.
Disabling -Wsuggest-override inside macros is broken in gcc, see
https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=55578, and has started
affecting wxWARNING_SUPPRESS_MISSING_OVERRIDE since gcc 11, i.e. this
macro doesn't have any effect any more and the warning is still given.
Avoid it by actually specifying "override" for gcc 11 (as doing it for
all compilers would result in -Winconsistent-missing-override from
clang) and check that we don't get this warning in the allheaders test.
Also don't use wxDECLARE_ABSTRACT_CLASS() inside wxObject itself, now
that it uses "override", which is not appropriate for the base class
version. This is arguably more clear and should have been done like this
since the beginning anyhow.
Generalize copy ctor and assignment operators to allow implicit
conversions from wxObjectDataPtr<D> to wxObjectDataPtr<B> if D is
implicitly convertible to B (e.g. if B is the base class and D is a
class derived from it).
This makes wxObjectDataPtr<> more like standard smart pointer classes
and more useful.
This makes it possible to use wxObjectDataPtr inside functions returning
raw pointers owned by the caller, such as custom GetAttr() in the grid
sample.
This port is not used and is not being worked on, so remove it to reduce the
amount of the code which needs to be updated for every global change.
Also remove tests for VisualAge compiler which isn't used since ages.

Don't support this compiler any more, this allows to get rid of tons of
MSVC6-specific workarounds, in particular we can now use Bind() and natural
template functions calls in the library code.
Also remove MSVC6 project and solution files and don't generate them when
bakefile_gen is ran any more (removing the remaining occurrences of msvc6prj
from the bakefiles results in weird bake-time errors, so it's simpler to just
leave them there).

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

This compiler doesn't exist any more and was probably unsupported even in 2.8,
let alone 2.9, so remove all the __MWERKS__ tests to simplify things.

wxRefCounter copy ctor was wrong as the new object had the same reference
count as the old one instead of starting its life with reference count set to
1 as any new object should.
While we could fix its copy ctor, it seems to be better to forbid copying
wxRefCounter objects at all because the semantics of doing this is not obvious
and the compiler-generated copy ctor in the derived classes often doesn't do
what the code using it expects it to do, as was discovered by making
wxRefCounter non copyable: see the fixes in the previous commits.
To uncover all such bugs, make wxRefCounter and classes deriving from it non
copyable. If this uncovers more problems, they should be fixed by implementing
copying properly (and explicitly) in the derived classes.

There are no real changes in this commit but it removes all trailing white
space from our source files. This avoids problems when applying patches and
making diffs and it would be nice to prevent it from reappearing.

Implement compatibility aliases for non-prefixed macro names.
Require a final semicolon where possible.
Correct a recurring error in the docs: IMPLEMENT/DECLARE_CLASS are alias to the DYNAMIC macros, not to the ABSTRACT macros.

ports where this wasn't done yet
2. remove (shallow) comparison operators for the classes for which it does
not make sense (such as wxBitmap)
3. makes wxBitmap use COW on all ports
4. adds wxObject::IsRefTo()
5. centralizes and improves COW docs
