4a5de04ece Fix background colour drawing in wxGenericTreeCtrl under Mac 
Revert 8535cde836 (Remove apparently unnecessary m_hasExplicitFont,
2020-07-14) and make 9cd3ab5ebd (Improve wxGenericTreeCtrl colours/fonts
updating on theme change, 2020-07-14) really work as expected by using
not only m_hasExplicitFont, but also m_hasExplicit{Fg,Bg}Col in order to
ensure that we only update the attributes if they hadn't been explicitly
set.

This is necessary because the hack with reusing m_has{Fg,Bg}Col didn't
work under Mac where the colour wasn't used at all when they were false.
This still seems to be a problem as the behaviour is different from that
of the other ports, but fixing this in wxOSX doesn't seem to be simple,
so don't rely on this working and use separate variables instead.

Closes #18940.

1ec7ae9a6f Use wxBrush objects instead of pointers in wxGenericTreeCtrl 
There is no need for double indirection, wxBrush object is already
pointer-like internally.

No real changes, just simplify/optimize the code a little.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

27bc919446 Add a possibility to beep on no match to wxGenericTreeCtrl. 
For consistency with Windows, allow to optionally generate a beep when
incremental search in the tree control doesn't find anything.

2a4a928df7 Send generic wxTreeCtrl wxEVT_COMMAND_TREE_KEY_DOWN events from OnKeyDown rather than OnChar. This change means it sends events for the same keys as the wxMSW control. It also fixes the failing unit test.

b19b28c8fc Implement wx-prefixed macros versions of DECLARE/IMPLEMENT*CLASS macros. 
Implement compatibility aliases for non-prefixed macro names.
Require a final semicolon where possible.
Correct a recurring error in the docs: IMPLEMENT/DECLARE_CLASS are alias to the DYNAMIC macros, not to the ABSTRACT macros.

5708ae18f2 Add wxTreeCtrl::{Clear,Set}FocusedItem(). 
Allow changing just the currently focused (not selected) item and also
removing the focus completely.

Closes #11599.

03647350fc No changes, just removed hard tabs and trailing white space. 
This commit is huge but there are no non-white-space changes in it.

Some files containing third-party sources (src/msw/wince/time.cpp,
src/x11/pango*.cpp) were left unchanged.

dee1a63ff5 Removed WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_2 together with code guarded by it. 
Changed default for WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_4 to 0.
  Added WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_6 (defaults to 1).
