9a150ba486 Add wxEventObjectOriginSetter helper class
This RAII helper can be used to temporarily change the event object and
ID of a wxEvent and will be used when redirecting events to make events
from one object to appear as coming from another one.

41268e014d Remove MSVS 2003, a.k.a. MSVC 7, support from the code
It was probably not supported since quite some time anyhow, because wx
own code uses CallAfter() which wouldn't compile with it, but now we can
can get rid of wxHAS_CALL_AFTER checks too.

95c98a0b5f Work around -Wuggest-override for event table macros from gcc 11
Disabling -Wsuggest-override inside macros is broken in gcc, see
https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=55578, and has started
affecting wxWARNING_SUPPRESS_MISSING_OVERRIDE since gcc 11, i.e. this
macro doesn't have any effect any more and the warning is still given.

Avoid it by actually specifying "override" for gcc 11 (as doing it for
all compilers would result in -Winconsistent-missing-override from
clang) and check that we don't get this warning in the allheaders test.

Also don't use wxDECLARE_ABSTRACT_CLASS() inside wxObject itself, now
that it uses "override", which is not appropriate for the base class
version. This is arguably more clear and should have been done like this
since the beginning anyhow.

f48099e00a Make Connect() work with overloaded event handlers in C++17
This used to work previously but got broken when using C++17 by
c3810da549 (Allow using noexcept methods with event tables macros,
2020-04-09), as cast added to deal with noexcept handlers relied on
argument type deduction which can't be done for overloaded functions.

Fix this by extracting the event argument type from the function pointer
type and specifying it explicitly, while still letting the compiler
deduce the class.

Add a test case checking that using overloaded event handlers compiles.

See #18721.

Closes #18896.

c924ecb10a Suppress -Wsuggest-override warnings in user code for gcc too
This was already done for clang -Winconsistent-missing-override, but
gcc has a similar warning since 5.1 and, moreover, latest versions of
clang support this gcc warning as well, so add a special macro which
handles both compilers and use it in all wx macros defining virtual
functions instead of just disabling one of the clang warnings.

8fcf46f65c Forbid creation of wxPaintEvent objects from user code
This doesn't work anyhow, so it's better to prevent the code doing this
from compiling instead of getting run-time asserts or worse.

Also simplify construction of these events inside wxWidgets by passing
the window itself to the ctor instead of passing just its ID and calling
SetEventObject() separately later.

For consistency, do the same thing for wxNcPaintEvent too.

5591a20093 Detect attempts to catch wxEVT_TEXT_ENTER without wxTE_PROCESS_ENTER
This is never going to work, so complain about trying to do it to help with
catching this bug.

This is possible thanks to the new OnDynamicBind() method invoked whenever a
dynamic event handler is bound to a control, so this doesn't detect all
possible occurrences of the bug (such as specifying the handler in a static
event table or in a validator), but it's still better than nothing.

In the future OnDynamicBind() should be extended for other invalid calls, e.g.
binding a handler for wxEVT_TEXT_ENTER to a non-text control shouldn't work
neither, ideally.

3351404c2c Don't use wxOVERRIDE in wxDECLARE_EVENT_TABLE to avoid clang warnings
If a class not using "override" for its other, not wx-related, virtual methods
included wxDECLARE_EVENT_TABLE() with wxOVERRIDE inside it, it resulted in a
clang -Winconsistent-missing-override warning per each virtual method without
it which was very annoying.

Avoid it by not using wxOVERRIDE in this macro and explicitly disabling the
-Winconsistent-missing-override for the methods inside it in case the rest of
the class does use "override".

Notice that this also required rearranging the order of the declarations in
this macro to ensure that a semicolon is still required after it.

99d9a81e28 Fix crash when unbinding event handlers from other handlers
Calling Unbind() on another handler from the currently executing handler which
had been bound after (and hence executed before) the handler being unbound
resulted in a crash previously as the iterators used in the loop over all
dynamic event handlers became invalid.

Fix this by storing the dynamic event table entries in a vector instead of a
list (which is also more memory and speed efficient anyhow) and null the
deleted entries instead of removing them to avoid invalidating the iterators
and only really remove them once we finish iterating.

62763ad541 Fix fields initialization in wxCommandEvent copy ctor.
Neither m_isCommandEvent nor, worse, m_propagationLevel was set correctly for

possibly resulting in mysterious bugs.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.
