Recent MSVS 2017 versions (15.9.x) as well as MSVS 2019 give warning
C4548 about "expression before comma having no effect" when including
standard CRT headers.
This happens because when building projects targeting 8.1 SDK, as the
IDE uses the hard coded 10.0.240.0 version of UCRT headers in this case
(see \Common7\IDE\VC\VCTargets\Microsoft.Cpp.Common.props), and the
headers in this version haven't been, and will never be, updated to
avoid this warning, as was done in later 10.0.x UCRT versions.
Fix this by explicitly disabling the warning in wx/beforestd.h, as even
setting the warning level to 1 for the standard headers somehow isn't
enough to suppress it if it's enabled.
We don't support MSVC 6 (__VISUALC__ == 1200) or eVC (1201) since more
than 5 years (see f4b80e5337), so it's
useless to keep code compiled only when this compiler is used.
Don't compare __VISUALC__ with versions 1200 (VC6) and earlier, such tests are
always true or always false now that we don't support VC6 any more, so just
remove them simplifying the code.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Consistently use only "wx/foo.h" instead of "include/wx/foo.h" ("include" is
always implicit anyhow).
Also use "src/osx" instead of "src/mac" for the files in this directory.

Moved wx/datetime.inl contents to wx/datetime.h and removed
inline redefinition hack.

Added arrstr.h, moved wxArrayString declaration there; string.h
#includes arrstr.h only if WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_4 is enabled.
Added WX_CLEAR_HASH_MAP, WX_CLEAR_HASH_TABLE, WX_CLEAR_LIST macros,
to clear a wxHashMap, wxHashTable, wxList containing pointers: deletes
pointers and makes container zero-sized.
When wxUSE_STL=1, wxStringList works like a std::list<wxString>.
Made wxBase compile when wxUSE_STL=1.
