This is more consistent with EnableProofCheck() and allows to retrieve
the current state of grammar checking under macOS, which can be checked
by user and so can be useful to know.
Remove a separate "bool enable" argument of EnableProofCheck() and use
wxTextProofOptions::IsSpellCheckingEnabled() to decide whether the
checks should be enabled or disabled.
Also remove wxTextProofOptions ctor and provide named static factory
functions for creating the objects of this class with clearly defined
meaning.
Keep the entire wxTextProofOptions argument on the same line.
Remove unnecessary WXUNUSED() in the declarations of the function in
wxMSW/wxGTK headers.
No real changes.
It does no real harm to set it to 1 and this avoids the need for the
platform checks in setup.h files, simplifying things (although it does
require checking for GTK 3 in the code compiled for both GTK 2 and 3, as
gtkspell library can only be used with GTK 3).
The wxrc program does not depend on the GUI libraries, but only on
the base and XML libraries, so make it possible to build it in non-GUI
builds too.

We accidentally ended up with two functions doing the same thing, since
DoGetBorderSize() was added in 743b426605 (Added DoGetClientBestSize()
and use it for a couple of controls in wxMSW., 2009-06-22), as we
already had GetWindowBorderSize() added even earlier in 333d70525c
(added wxWindow::GetWindowBorderSize(), 2006-11-25), so remove the
redundant non-public function and use GetWindowBorderSize() everywhere.
This does change the behaviour of GetWindowBorderSize() in wxMSW, wxGTK
and wxUniv, as it now does what DoGetBorderSize() used to do, but this
should be an improvement, as DoGetBorderSize() implementation was more
precise.
These functions don't need to be members of wxGtkPrintNativeData as they
don't use this object at all, so one shouldn't be required to call them.
And rather than making them static, just make them private functions
instead.
No real changes, this is just a refactoring.
We still can't avoid defining the overload taking NativeFormat due to an
ambiguity that we would have otherwise between converting from
NativeFormat to wxDataFormat or vice versa when comparing them (it would
have been better to avoid implicit conversions in all directions, of
course, but this is how it was done back in e1ee679c2e (wxDataObejct and
related changes (won't compile right now), 1999-10-21) and it's too late
to change it now), but we can at least define an overload taking
wxDataFormat itself and not wxDataFormatId to make things slightly more
logical and avoid -Wambiguous-reversed-operator clang 12 warnings.
In addition to linking with Winsock 2, also use winsock2.h.
This allows to turn on IPv6 support on by default under MSW, so turn it
on under Unix too for consistency.
Predefine _WINSOCK_DEPRECATED_NO_WARNINGS to avoid warnings about
deprecated (but still available and very unlikely to be ever removed)
Winsock 1 functions that we still use.
The entered text wasn't taken into account, as the override was still
used when its numeric value was retrieved by GtkSpinButton using our
"input" handler, so reset the override now as soon as we get "changed"
signal.
Make it possible to use a string value different from the numeric value,
as wxMSW version allows this and some existing code depends on it.
Closes#19140.
No real changes yet, just refactor the code to always connect these
signals handlers and not just when using non-decimal base.
Add wxSpinCtrl::GTKInput() and GTKOutput() virtual methods to handle
these signals appropriately depending on the type of the control.
This will allow further customizing conversion to/from string in the
upcoming commit and will also make it possible to handle UI locale
different from the C locale in the future.
This allows to retrieve the current contents of the text entry part of
wxSpinCtrl.
For now provide a stub in the base class, will be made pure virtual
later.

This just uses the existing wxImage ctor from XPM data and wxCursor ctor
from wxImage, but will allow the code creating cursors from XPM to still
work even when wxImage ctor from XPM is made explicit.
Add a trivial test just to check that the new ctor can be used.
wxGTK already did it like this, but also only declared ctor not taking
wxImage in this case, while wxMSW and wxMac declared this ctor in any
case, even when wxUSE_IMAGE==0, but didn't define it then.
This doesn't matter much anyhow, as the build with wxUSE_IMAGE==0 is
clearly broken and these changes are not enough to fix it, but be at
least somewhat consistent and:
1. Don't declare methods using a class which is not available at all.
2. Do define methods using wxImage only internally, even if they do
nothing when it's not available.
No real changes.
This fixes a problem similar to that fixed in the previous commit but
for SetMinSize(), which was also ignored if done after calling
wxSizer::Fit() and before showing the window, as the explicitly set min
size was also overwritten by the pending min size computed from the
client size corresponding to the sizer fitting size.
The fix is similar too: just invalidate the pending minimum size if
SetMinSize() is called.
Add wxWindow::WXSetInitialFittingClientSize() instead of handling wxGTK
TLWs specially in the common wxSizer code and override it in wxGTK to
remember that we need to reset the client size once the window is shown.
This commit shouldn't result in any changes in the observed behaviour.
Just extract the code generating wxEVT_SHOW for TLWs in wxGTK in its own
function before modifying it to avoid having to do it in two places.
No real changes, this is a pure refactoring.
The way wxBU_EXACTFIT is implemented in commit c1bb80987f
("Improve implementation of wxBU_EXACTFIT style for wxButton under wxGTK2",
2020-04-12) is too intrusive and disrupts button's appearance in some
themes. It should work better with themes if we reduce inner border in
a more GTK-compliant way by applying a dedicated GTK style to the button.

Simplify things by putting setup.h files themselves under version
control and getting rid of setup0.h ones.
The initial motivation for using separate setup0.h files was to allow
having local changes to setup.h, but with Git there is a simple way to
do it by using "git update-index --skip-worktree include/wx/msw/setup.h"
for example, so we don't really need setup0.h any more and dropping them
makes things simpler.
As we still support C++98, don't use G_VALUE_INIT as the initializer:
it's a braced-init-list, which is only allowed in C++11.
