526954c596 Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently. 
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.

See #12165.

c27181d1a1 Replace wxValidator::SetBellOnError() with SuppressBellOnError(). 
SetBellOnError() erroneously inversed the value of its parameter. Fixing it to
behave correctly could silently break the existing code which might work
around this bug already because it always behaved like this (ever since it was
added 10.5 years ago). So instead simply deprecate this function and add a new
SuppressBellOnError() one which behaves as expected.

Closes #11318.

9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT(). 
Standardize on using a single macro across all wxWidgets sources and solve the name clash with Sun CC standard headers (see #10660).

06f89fe437 fix the size of the generated controls using wxDefaultSize instead of manually-specified sizes; use wxDefaultPosition instead of manually-specified sizes: they were disregarded anyhow since we use sizers; fix a tooltip message

58fa61dbad Re-add support for multiple text validator styles but 
1) catch some invalid configurations in SetStyle()
2) document the order of the checks in wxTextValidator
3) implement wxFILTER_EMPTY
4) rename wxFILTER_SIMPLE_NUMBER => wxFILTER_DIGITS
