53b6d7a298 Always use wxFULL_REPAINT_ON_RESIZE for generic status bar. 
Remove undocumented generic status bar ctor/Create.
Bring status bar ctor/Create into sync with docs.

b2e3be1c69 wxFrameBase doesn't have wxRTTI so don't test for it, or 
wxDynamicCast (for example) will erroneously succeed and
return the wrong cast object

2ab822146c reset parent frame tool/status bar pointer automatically when the bar is destroyed; this ensures that we're never left with dangling pointers and fixes a crash under Mac when MDI child frame with a toolbar is closed

1f361cddbf Implemented wxStatusBar::Push/PopStatusText. 
Implemented wxFrame::Push/PopSTatusText ( just forward to the status bar ).
Implemented wxFrame::DoGiveHelp, to show menu/toolbar help in the status bar.
Added Get/SetStatusBarPane to get/set the status bar pane the menu/toolbar help
  will be show in
