34d71f81f4 Added wx.aui.AuiNotebook.GetAuiManager(). 
Added wx.aui.AuiMDIParentFrame and wx.aui.AuiMDIChildFrame, which
essentially implement the MDI interface using a normal wx.Frame and a
wx.aui.AuiNotebook.
