a4cc2d0919 Add a hack to allow an external jpeg library to still be used on 
cygwin/mingw/wine now that their windows headers define a type boolean
conflicting with the jpeg headers.

33ac7e6f01 Updates to fix Watcom C/C++ 11.0 compiler warning problems. Now compiles 
clean with this compiler. Hopefully I did this without breaking other
compilers.
