8f8d58d193 Use wx-prefixed macros throughout the repository. 
Change {DECLARE,IMPLEMENT}_*CLASS and {DECLARE,BEGIN,END}_EVENT_TABLE
occurrences to use the wx-prefixed version of the macros.

33ad33d447 Add wxOVERRIDE and use it in common and wxOSX code. 
Make overriding virtual methods more explicit and enable additional checks
provided by C++11 compilers when "override" is used.

Closes #16100.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

2253f18176 Add support for CP1258 (Vietnamese) and CP1361 (Korean Johab) encodings. 
Recognize these encodings names and translate them to/from the corresponding
charset constants in wxMSW.

0980e7b323 Use "GBK" as alternative name for CP936 encoding. 
This is the official name of this encoding, so recognize it as synonym.

d98a58c543 Use __WINDOWS__ for OS kind checks and reserve __WXMSW__ for GUI toolkit. 
This change prepares the way for using wxGTK under Windows as this would
still define __WINDOWS__ but use __WXGTK__ instead of __WXMSW__.

Closes #14064.

783d8c1131 Remove fixed size of gs_encodingNames array in font mapper code. 
Specifying the size explicitly made wxCOMPILE_TIME_ASSERT() checking that the
array sizes were synchronized useless as the array always had the correct
size, independently of the real number of elements in it.

12b5857d04 Correct wxFontMapper tables for Big-5, Shift-JIS and GB2312 encodings. 
As wxFONTENCODING_{BIG5,SHIFT_JIS,GB2312} are only synonyms for the other
encoding constants, we must append the corresponding names to the array of
names for the real encoding value instead of having the (never used) separate
entries for them in the names array.

Closes #13164.

526954c596 Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently. 
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.

03647350fc No changes, just removed hard tabs and trailing white space. 
This commit is huge but there are no non-white-space changes in it.

Some files containing third-party sources (src/msw/wince/time.cpp,
src/x11/pango*.cpp) were left unchanged.

9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT().

d5bfbd9ab8 1. renamed wxFontMapper::IsWxFontMapper() to IsDummy() (with reverse semantics) 
2. added wxFontMapper::Reset() to only do the cast needed when deleting
   the font mapper object once
3. reset the dummy font mapper created during the app initialization in
   wxFontMapperModule and not in init.cpp

necessary instead.
fmapbase.cpp: Slightly reduce the size of an array - it should be reduced further (we only have one item with the
size of 9, rest are not over 6)

2a12cc65c8 Improve type safety by doing a runtime check to make sure the 
wxFontMapper really is a wxFontMapper when GUI code asks for it.
Remove some incorrect comments and add some new ones.
