even when the zlib in -isysroot is used, due to deployment on lower iOS versions inflateValidate may not be available and crash. The guards are evaluated using macros from the zlib from the SDK, not from the lowest version supported.
This should have been done in b8c9cd3528
to avoid all warnings about std::auto_ptr<> being deprecated when using
g++ 6 or later which compiles in C++14 mode by default.
The code of ziptest and tartest classes still compiled, but actually
didn't do anything during the run-time because makeSuite() method was
never called.
Replace this unused method with DoRunTest() and override runTest() in
the test suite classes to actually run the tests.
These files are currently implicitly included from other headers, but we
shouldn't rely on this and include them explicitly as we use std::map<>
and std::auto_ptr<> in this header.
No real changes.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

after, and also some streams give an error instead of Eof(). Test the archive
streams work with parent streams that have any of these behaviours.
