Apply the utility from https://github.com/codespell-project/codespell/
to fix spelling issues in the headers under both include and interface
directories and add a file with a couple of exceptions.
The exact command line used was:
$ codespell -w -I misc/scripts/codespell.ignore -i 3 in*
The solution with specializing std::iter_swap() for wxString::iterator
was not conforming as the iterator was still not swappable, as it is
required to be.
Fix this by providing std::swap() overload for wxString::iterator, which
is correct and even simpler.
This allows std::reverse(s.begin(), s.end()) work with clang too and
incidentally avoids warnings about the code relying on non-conforming
extensions with MSVS 2017 which were due to the fact that iter_swap()
workaround wasn't enabled for it, while the new swap() overload is.
Include both <algorithm>, to get std::swap() declaration when using
C++98, and <utility>, to do the same thing when using C++11.
This is not pretty but simpler than using preprocessor tests (which
would need to take MSVS into account in a special way) and virtually
guaranteed not to break anything.
Closes#18220.
The default implementation doesn't work for this reference-like class, and
this breaks not only swap() itself (see #14694), but also any algorithms using
it, such as std::reverse().
Fix this by providing our own specialization which does work correctly.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Allow conversions to/from long long and unsigned long long values in wxUniChar
for consistency with the other integral types.
Also make the code shorter by using helper wxDO_FOR_INT_TYPES() and
wxDO_FOR_CHAR_INT_TYPES() macros to avoid duplicating the same code for all of
the integral types and having to handle wchar_t (and wxLongLong_t now)
specially because sometimes we may need to overload on it and sometimes not.
Finally, add more tests to check that all the wxUniChar methods compile and
work with all the different types.

Comparisons didn't work correctly in the other direction as they were not
reversed as needed. Fix this by adding wxDEFINE_COMPARISON_REV() macro which
defines comparisons in terms of the reverse operations and use it for both
wxUniChar and wxUniCharRef.

Calls to wxStrchr(char-string, wide-char) would previously fail if wide
character couldn't be converted to a single character in the current locale
encoding. Change it to simply return NULL in this case as it's a safe and
useful generalization: a narrow string will never contain a wide character not
representable in the current locale.
Add wxUniChar::GetAsChar() to help with implementing this.
