Add wxRIBBON_ART_PANEL_HOVER_BORDER_COLOUR and
wxRIBBON_ART_PANEL_HOVER_BORDER_GRADIENT_COLOUR to allow further
customization of wxRibbon panels.

The same wxRibbonBar can use multiple button bars with different icon
sizes, so 2 image lists are not enough. But OTOH there is no need to
distinguish between small and large images neither, so 2 may be also 1
too many.
Instead, use however many image lists we need, depending on the size.
For now, just store them in a vector and use linear search in it,
instead of using a map or, maybe, sorted vector, as we suppose there are
never going to be more than a couple of elements in this vector anyhow.
Allow changing the colour of the label in the active and hover states to
make it possible to improve its contrast with the tab background in
these states.

Added new functions SetButtonMinSizeClass() and
SetButtonMaxSizeClass() that set a button's minimum
and maximum allowed size class during ribbon layout collapsing.
Size classes are values from wxRibbonButtonBarButtonState enum.
wxRibbonButtonBar::MakeLayouts() and
wxRibbonButtonBar::TryCollapseLayout() are modified to support
this new behaviour.
The modified wxRibbonButtonBar provate layout routines are
aware of wxRIBBON_BUTTONBAR_BUTTON_SMALL which is not implemented
yet in MSW wxRibbonMSWArtProvider::DrawButtonBarButtonForeground.
Added new function SetButtonText() which modifies labels of
existing ribbon button bar buttons.
The new function SetButtonTextMinWidth() is used to specify the
label width in advance so that lables can be changed without
recalculating the layout.
wxRibbonArtProvider is modified to support these operation.
Cocoa has been the default toolkit in wxWidgets for a long time. There is really no good reason to use Carbon in 2016 and this removes a lot of unused and unmaintained code.
Get rid of the rest of __WXCOCOA__ tests in the sources.
Drop configure option for using it.
Also remove the documentation for this port.
This should have also been part of r76735.

The existing overload taking bool didn't allow to specify whether the panel
should be just expanded or expanded and pinned, add a new one supporting this.
Also fix a bug with not updating the ribbon state in the old method.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Scroll by entire "sections", i.e. panes of the ribbon, instead of scrolling by
a fixed number of pixels as it's much more useful and user-friendly to uncover
the next section entirely instead of asking the user to press on the arrow
several times before being able to use it.

Use the same short names as are used by the event table macros for the event
type constants themselves. This makes them much more comfortable to use, e.g.
Bind(wxEVT_BUTTON) compared to Bind(wxEVT_COMMAND_BUTTON_CLICKED).
The old long names are still kept for backwards compatibility and shouldn't be
removed as it doesn't really cost anything to continue providing them, but all
new event types should only use the short versions.

Add the possibility to retrieve the client data associated with a button and
not only set it (which wasn't very useful on its own).
Also allow having both typed (owned) and untyped (not owned) client data, as
in the other wxWidgets controls.
To avoid confusion between two different kinds of data, remove "client_data"
argument from the functions adding buttons and provide separate methods with
distinct names for setting and getting client data.

Arrays of pointers must not overload operator->() as it is not used with them
and is, in fact, unusable, provoking a warning from Sun CC every time such
array is declared. Use the special _PTR-suffixed versions to avoid this.

Add wxRibbonBar::{Show,Hide}Panels() and ArePanelsShown() accessor.
Also add a toggle button to the sample to test the new functionality
(unfortunately it couldn't be done by a control in the ribbon itself as there
would be no way to show the panels back then).

There are no real changes in this commit but it removes all trailing white
space from our source files. This avoids problems when applying patches and
making diffs and it would be nice to prevent it from reappearing.
