Remove the delegate objects that are not used any longer.
Move wxGetAvailableDrives() to Objective-C code file dirdlg.mm to allow
for Cocoa implementation.
Don't duplicate practically the same code in all ports, just add m_paths
itself to the base class. The only drawback of doing this is that it's
unused in the ports not (yet) using it, but this saves enough code in
the aggregate to be worth it.
OSX 10.11+ doesn't actually display the title, so update documentation
to reference SetMessage instead. For pre-10.11 override the SetTitle
method to set the title of the NSOpenPanel instead of the window.
Also change so the directory is not updated unless it is provided.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Factor our common parts of wxDirDialog::ShowModal() and ShowWindowModal() in
OSXCreatePanel() helper.
Also some minor cosmetic changes.

Fixed commented names (path, filename, and extension) of files in include/ and src/. Prepended the names in src/ with "src/" everywhere, while starting those in include/wx/ with "wx/".

There are no real changes in this commit but it removes all trailing white
space from our source files. This avoids problems when applying patches and
making diffs and it would be nice to prevent it from reappearing.
