526954c596 Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently. 
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.

See #12165.

f2d7fdf7b0 Add support for showing "elevation" icon in wxMSW buttons. 
Add, document and test in the widgets sample wxButton::SetAuthNeeded().

46d1cdb44c Fix harmless g++ warning about using NULL for non-pointer. 
PostQueuedCompletionStatus() may be either an int or a pointer, pass 0 instead
of NULL when we don't care about its value anyhow.

918a8731fb Compilation fix for wxFileSystemWatcher in MSW STL build. 
Don't rely on implicit wxString to TCHAR* conversion, use t_str() explicitly.

Closes #11368.

1f12921dc9 Compilation fix for old SDK in wxFileSystemWatcher MSW code. 
PULONG_PTR is older SDK so use "LONG_PTR *" which we already define in our
wx/msw/wrapwin.h in any case.

6b8ef0b35d Merge SOC2009_FSWATCHER branch into trunk. 
Merges everything from the branch with only some minor changes, mostly renamed
wxUSE_FSWATCHER_{INOTIFY,KQUEUE} to wxHAS_{INOTIFY,KQUEUE}.

Add wxFileSystemWatcher and related classes.

Also introduces wxEventLoopSource.

9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT(). 
Standardize on using a single macro across all wxWidgets sources and solve the name clash with Sun CC standard headers (see #10660).

df21920b80 disable the events when we get a notification about socket being ready for IO and reenable them later after performing the IO in the Unix version to avoid continuous flood of ready notifications

2b036c4b23 our sockets are always non-blocking anyhow so throw away all the code dealing with checking if they're blocking; also merge Unix/Win32 versions of connect() and accept() handling as they were almost identical except for the different checking of the return value which was factored out into a platform-specific GetLastError() function

1. Changed wxTimer to use wxTimerImpl
2. Added Unix-specific generic timer implementation
