Replace old functions with the new ones in the library code itself.
Note that wxSTC and wxRichText still use GetScaledXXX(), but they're
different functions that might need to be renamed/dealt with separately.
Add wxRIBBON_ART_PANEL_HOVER_BORDER_COLOUR and
wxRIBBON_ART_PANEL_HOVER_BORDER_GRADIENT_COLOUR to allow further
customization of wxRibbon panels.

A number wxRIBBON_ART_TOOOL_XXX constants were not taken into account by
GetColour() and SetColour() for some reason, even though the class did
have the corresponding member colour variables.
Fix this by simply adding cases for them to the existing switch.

Remove support for Borland C++ compiler, it wasn't tested since a long
time and probably didn't work anyhow and there was no interest in
keeping support for it since many years.

Allow changing the colour of the label in the active and hover states to
make it possible to improve its contrast with the tab background in
these states.

Added new function SetButtonText() which modifies labels of
existing ribbon button bar buttons.
The new function SetButtonTextMinWidth() is used to specify the
label width in advance so that lables can be changed without
recalculating the layout.
wxRibbonArtProvider is modified to support these operation.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Due to an off by 1 error in wxString::Mid() call, the size computed was too
small and hence the label could have been not displayed at all.
Fix this and also replace Mid(0, n) with a more clear Left(n) call.

Show the "extension button" in the ribbon panel if this style is specified.
Also generate a specific event if this button is clicked.

Allow inserting and deleting tools and not only appending them.
Add possibility to enable/disable and toggle tools.
Send wxUpdateUIEvent for the tools.
Add various properties accessors.

There are no real changes in this commit but it removes all trailing white
space from our source files. This avoids problems when applying patches and
making diffs and it would be nice to prevent it from reappearing.
