03d1ae1799 Applied patch [ 651649 ] Scrollbar not updated without resizing 
I always wondered why the scrollbar of the listbox or
the log window (textctrl) never showed a thumb in the
control sample while the combobox does. The
AdjustScrollbars gets called through a size event and
this happens before the listbox (textctrl) can set the
values for the scrollbar. So always an empty scrollbar
is shown. This patch calls AdjustScrollbars at the end
of SetScrollbars in scrlwing.cpp.

I'm not sure if this is the best fix but it works
nicely. I've only tested it with wxUniv but it should
be okay in any generic case.

(applied for __WXUNIVERSAL__ only for now -- JACS)

9b9337da0c Moved the check for page scrolling with the wheel into wxMouseEvent so 
it wouldn't have to be duplicated everywhere.

Also fixed wxSTC so it can handle wheel page scrolling too.

566d84a7c3 Added knowledge of virtual size to wx(Scrolled)Windows, they can now 
manage their own scrollbars with the help of a sizer or other user
clues (SetVirtualSizeHints) without the need for an ancillary container.
Added SetSizerAndFit convenience method.
SetSizer now enables/disables AutoLayout automagically.
Logic bugfix for scrollsub sample.
Syntax bugfix in parser.y.
Compiler warning fix in textctrl.cpp.

ee018b89b7 wxScrolledWindow::GetVirtualSize now returns client size 
if scrolling parameters have not been set. This makes Layout()
work again for scrolled windows.
