6a7e641161 Shaped window support for wxMac, plus a wxSTAY_ON_TOP fix from Egon 
<e_lub@yahoo.com>   wxMac requires knowledge before Create that SetShape
will be called so I also added the wxFRAME_SHAPED style flag.

7875262d29 DECLARE_WXCOCOA_OBJC_CLASS now declares types as struct objc_object* so that 
they are exactly the same type for C++ and Objective-C++ code.  This allows
them to be used as arguments to functions, especially virtuals, because
the C++ name mangling will be the same.

43225e09fe Various changes for wxCocoa 
- Check for __WXCOCOA__ as an acceptable definition for a GUI
- Where __WXMAC__ is used to mean "running on a mac" check for

da494b405d Added new __WXMOTIF20__ macro, which is true if the Motif version 
is 2.0 or higher.
  Now Motif 2.0 or better (but not Lesstif) uses XmRenderTable instead
of the deprecated XmFontList. This allows underlined text in controls.
  Miscellaneous cleanup; used wxXmString in some more places.

d66dcb6022 Under Cygwin, in platform.h default to wxMSW unless otherwise specified. 
Do not #define __WIN95__, __WINDOWS__, __WXMSW__ on the command line for
Cygwin/MinGW (when build with makefiles), since platform.h already does
that for us.
  Always check for __WIN32__, not for WIN32 or _WIN32 (just for
consistency).

6c99908c51 The exact version it was included doesn't appear to be documented 
anywhere, but __attribute__ ((deprecated)) is empirically not
supported by gcc-2.95.4.  Best guess so far is 3.0 or 3.1 so I've
erred on the side of the former for now.

af49c4b8a2 disable use of #pragma interface under Mac OS X 
GNU compiler included with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) as well as August Developer
Tools update contain a bug concerning #pragma interface handling that can only
be worked around by not using them (and they are not necessary anyways)

dabd1377ce Added a wxDD_NEW_DIR_BUTTON style for wxDirDialog (currently, 
works for the generic implementation only).
Renamed wxDIRCTRL_EDITABLE to wxDIRCTRL_EDIT_LABELS.
Removed reported memory leaks from dynload.cpp using wxModule --
this may cause problems if other modules want to use wxPluginLibrary.

65e5084827 Added wxTB_NODIVIDER and wxTB_NOALIGN so native Windows toolbar can 
used in FL.
Adjusted Windows toolbar height for wxTB_NODIVIDER style.
Removed some false memory leak reporting from fontmap.cpp, mimecmn.cpp,
strconv.cpp.
Added and used MapBitmap function in newbmpbtn.cpp so the right
colours are used under Windows.
