b1d4dd7add Split this out from other changes to keep things sane.. 
wxDeprecated KeyCode.
wxDeprecated old wxList compat methods.
Replaced a large number of them in the gtk build already, but there are
still plenty more so feel free to help nuke them as you find them.
s/^I/    / and s/TRUE/true/ etc. a couple of these too.

74698d3a22 Added wxMessageOutput as per the discussion on wx-dev. 
Added wxApp::DoInit to initialize the global wxMessageOutput instance.
Changed wxCommandLineParser to use wxMessageOutput.

159b66c02a Applied patch for wxComboBox and wxListBox to 
prevent "hanging" in single selection mode.
    Also removed call to AddPendingEvent and
    changed wxLB_EXTENDED mode so that no changes
    to the listbox go unnoticed.
  I do wonder what the difference between multiple
    and extended list boxes actually are.
  Not suer what I changed in the other files.

b568d04ffa 1. wxThread changes (detached/joinable) for MSW and docs updates 
2. wxUSE_GUI=0 compilation for MSW (use vc6dll.t with tmake) and many small
   fixes related to this
3. an attempt to make wxLog more MT friendly
4. a small fix for wxRegConfig: it doesn't create empty unused keys any
   more (SetPath() would always create a key, now it's deleted if it was
   empty)
