6d99eb3e37 Undid last commit and restored bool argument to wxFrame::DoGiveHelp() as 
removing it could silently break existing user code overriding this function.

Fix the problem with not restoring the original status bar text when the mouse
pointer left the toolbar by simply calling DoGiveHelp() with false as second
parameter only if there was no valid tool under mouse, not if the help string
(for a valid tool) was empty.

fef0a330e9 removed second parameter of wxFrame::DoGiveHelp(), the help string is always shown (even if it's empty), not hidden; this hopefully really fixes restoring the previously shown status bar text when the menu is dismissed

1ac7660914 extracted wxFrame::MSWTranslateMessage() implementation into new MSWDoTranslateMessage so that it can be reused by wxMDIChildFrame; this allows to pass the correct window to ::TranslateAccelerator() and fix UI updating of the MDI child menu items (bug 1214439)

afafd942a1 Added WXK_SPECIAL... keycodes for special hardware buttons 
Made (Un)RegisterHotKey WinCE-aware.
Added wxEVT_HIBERNATE event.
Now fakes wxEVT_ACTIVATE_APP to be symmetrical with wxEVT_HIBERNATE.
Added wxTE_CAPITALIZE for CAPEDIT controls.

a9102b3671 Implemented PocketPC menubar/toolbar as wxToolMenuBar derived 
from wxToolBar, solving the problem of how normal toolbars
can co-exist with combined ones. Tidied up WinCE toolbar code.
Implemented wxToolBar as 'dummy' toolbar under Smartphone.
Dialogs now show an empty menubar to hide inactive one
underneath.

b9691677a0 made default background colour BTNFACE (so that panels don't have to erase their background explicitly); removed now unneeded SetBackgroundColour() in wxDialog which now has default bg colour and restored one in wxFrame which now has a non default one
