Robin Dunn	d56cebe7a4	Added ability to use xml resource files. Still need to add ability to ... subclass wxXmlResourceHandler, etc... Added wxGridAutoEditMixin to the mixins library package. Made ColourSelect be derived from wxButton. Robin Dunn	0569df0fc9	Changed wxFont, wxPen, wxBrush to not implicitly use the wxTheXXXList ... behind the scenes, but to use normal ctor and dtors. Exposed the wxTheXXXLists to wxPython.
