9bbb78b9c1 Provide more details about the major and minor version numbers returned by wxGetOsVersion() under linux,mac,windows. 
Document that wxOS_UNIX, wxOS_MAC and wxOS_WINDOWS enum values are combinations of other values (unfortunately doxygen does not show the definition of those symbols in the HTML docs so we need to explicitely state that).

23790a2a29 add wxGetLinuxDistributionInfo() and wxPlatformInfo::GetLinuxDistribution() functions; also add to wxPlatformInfo the GetOperatingSystemDescription(), GetDesktopEnvironment(), GetOperatingSystemDirectory() functions to group in the same class (wxPlatformInfo) all available platform-detection functions

0e0977894a make wxKeyEvent and wxMouseEvent derive from the same wxKeyboardState object (indirectly via wxMouseState in the case of the latter) to make Get/HasModifiers() available in wxMouseEvent as well while avoiding code duplication
