27b2dd53f6 Fixed strange situation when we had wxPathExists and wxDirExists with the same finctionality. Using wxPathExists instead wxFileExists (fixes bug #865628). Minor source cleaning.

acf2ac3757 Applied modified form of the StdButtonSize patch. 
Tested on GTK2, MSW and Mac.
  Adapted various generic dialogs to stretch the
    button sizer so that the buttons don't end
    up centered but right aligned.

99006e446e Added wxTreeCtrl::GetItemParent to deprecate GetParent. 
Moved GetParent into WX_COMPAT_2_2 and exposed base GetParent in
that case too.

Replaced all lib/sample uses of wxTC::GetParent with GetItemParent.

Updated docs to suit.

dabd1377ce Added a wxDD_NEW_DIR_BUTTON style for wxDirDialog (currently, 
works for the generic implementation only).
Renamed wxDIRCTRL_EDITABLE to wxDIRCTRL_EDIT_LABELS.
Removed reported memory leaks from dynload.cpp using wxModule --
this may cause problems if other modules want to use wxPluginLibrary.

42dcacf02b wxDirDialog no longer shows hidden files. I don't 
know yet how to implement the reparsing when the
    user checks/unchecks the "Show hidden directories"
    button. And my mail is down...

223d09f6b5 replaced T() makro with wxT() due to namespace probs, _T() exists, too 
fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code
compiles and links fine on Solaris, runs with samples and Mahogany
