6dd0883d55 Do not put semicolons after the definition of an inline function. 
Even though most compilers just ignore this, it's just wrong and if you
do get warnings about header files, they can become quite overwhelming.
Forward port of r70163.

b19b28c8fc Implement wx-prefixed macros versions of DECLARE/IMPLEMENT*CLASS macros. 
Implement compatibility aliases for non-prefixed macro names.
Require a final semicolon where possible.
Correct a recurring error in the docs: IMPLEMENT/DECLARE_CLASS are alias to the DYNAMIC macros, not to the ABSTRACT macros.

dee1a63ff5 Removed WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_2 together with code guarded by it. 
Changed default for WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_4 to 0.
  Added WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_6 (defaults to 1).
  Ran build/update-setup-h.
