a1b806b982 Replaced Ok() occurrences with IsOk() throughout trunk. 
Additionally renamed wxOSX' private wxNativePrinterDC::Ok() function to IsOk().

Didn't deprecate the various Ok() functions: given the amount of changes already introduced in 3.0 a trivial one like this seems more suitable for after 3.0.

04a8da5f57 Implement bitmap mask copying in wxX11. 
Copy the mask pixmap properly in wxX11, otherwise copying masks resulted in
freeing the same pixmap twice and an X error.

This fixes the bitmap unit test for wxX11.

5276b0a53c Use wxDELETE() and wxDELETEA() when possible. 
Use wxDELETE[A]() functions which automatically NULL out their arguments after
deleting them instead of doing it manually.

Closes #9685.

03647350fc No changes, just removed hard tabs and trailing white space. 
This commit is huge but there are no non-white-space changes in it.

Some files containing third-party sources (src/msw/wince/time.cpp,
src/x11/pango*.cpp) were left unchanged.

545cb3fcf2 Fix signatures of various image handlers methods. 
Use wxBitmapType instead of long for the type parameter and made SaveFile()
methods const to follow the base class changes.

Now that the signatures are the same as in the base class these handlers have
a chance to work again while their methods couldn't be called at all before
this change.

e86f2cc84a reorganized wxBitmap/wxBitmapHandler classes to use wxBitmapType instead of "long" where possible; made them const-correct; introduce wxBITMAP_SCREEN_DEPTH instead of -1 for clearness (specially in the docs); remove wxBitmapHandler empty stubs and rename wxBitmapHandlerBase as wxBitmapHandler

55ccdb93e4 COW cleanup patch (1583966): 
1. perform deep comparison for the classes for which it makes sense in the
   ports where this wasn't done yet
2. remove (shallow) comparison operators for the classes for which it does
   not make sense (such as wxBitmap)
3. makes wxBitmap use COW on all ports
4. adds wxObject::IsRefTo()
5. centralizes and improves COW docs

a29c6824c2 Add GetDrawable convenience function that returns m_bitmap 
if the wxBitmap is monochrome or m_pixmap if the wxBitmap
is polichrome.

9ce8d6a2b0 Moved m_visual* wxApp[X11] members used by wxBitmap and 
wxColour into a new wxXVisualInfo structure, and moved code
to initialize it to a new src/x11/utilsx.cpp file (utility
functions shared by wxMotif and wxX11).
  Added (currently unused) code in wxMotif to
retrieve wxXVisualInfo; it will be used when wxMotif
is switched to bitmap.cpp from wxX11.
