Account for the minimum and maximum dates supported by QDatePicker, both
in the code and in the test suite, which shouldn't rely on not having
any range restrictions in wxQt.

Document that the current value of the control is adjusted if it doesn't lie
in the newly set range and add a unit test to check for this, now that it
actually passes under all platforms, after the previous commits.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

The internally stored date value was getting out of sync with the real date in
the control itself when SetValue() was called with a date out of the currently
set range. This resulted in an assert failure and other unpleasantness later.
Fix the bug and add a unit test checking for it (and also with some other
basic wxDatePickerCtrl checks).
