Add guards for wxCommandLinkButton.
Move CheckBoxes outside wxHAS_BITMAPTOGGLEBUTTON guard.
Remove wxHAS_ANY_BUTTON check, this is always defined with wxUSE_TOGGLEBTN.
Use a valid font when creating the bitmap.
Create the bitmap with a DPI independent size.
Use different images for different button states, as described by the checkbox
options.
Add a checkbox to disable the bitmap.
Recreate the button when changing label, so the bitmap is updated.
Implement the 'fit exactly' option on ToggleButton page.
So wxNO_BORDER works with other controls, such as wxBitmapButton.
Also use GTK prefix on ApplyCssStyle(), and add an overload that
creates the GtkCssProvider.
Allow only permitted combinations of text, bitmap and command link.
Also avoid null pointer crash when combining "Bitmap only" with "Use command link button".
Not all widgets are controls and we don't use any of wxControl-specific
methods in the sample, so don't require RecreateWidget() to return a wxControl
when a simple wxWindow suffices.
No real changes.
Ensure that the various attributes (colours, font, border, ...) are preserved
when a widget is recreated or the current page is changed. This is more
convenient and also avoids discrepancies between the state of the menu items
and the actual state of the widget.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Introduce wxAnyButton class, a common base class for wxButton and
wxToggleButton, allowing to reuse the same implementation for them.
This also allows to implement support for bitmaps in wxToggleButton for all
platforms and make wxBitmapToggleButton a trivial subclass of it everywhere,
similarly to wxBitmapButton and wxButton.

Explicitly pass wxART_BUTTON to wxArtProvider to ensure that all the icons are
returned in the same size, otherwise they didn't look well and could result in
an assert too, see #12909.

Use recently added wxMarkupText to implement support for markup in wxMSW
wxButton.
Update the button page of the widgets sample to show markup support.

A command link button wraps a native MSW control under recent Windows versions
and is implemented generically as a simple bitmap button elsewhere.
In the future, GTK implementation should allow using a different font for the
button label and its note.

Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.
