Add options to fill grid either half (checkered cells) or fully (all
cells coloured) with attributes. Available from Grid > "Toggle Checkered
Cells" and "Toggle Coloured Cells".
This makes it possible to use wxObjectDataPtr inside functions returning
raw pointers owned by the caller, such as custom GetAttr() in the grid
sample.
Add wxGrid::DisableHidingColumns() method which can be used to prevent
wxHeaderCtrl from allowing the user to hide columns interactively, which
is something it allows to do by default, unlike the "built-in" wxGrid
header.
Also add EnableHidingColumns() and CanHideColumns() for consistency with
the other similar methods.

Add wxGrid::FreezeTo() method which allows to freeze the given number of
columns and/or rows at the beginning of the grid, i.e. keep them pinned
in place while the rest of the grid is scrolled.
The main wxGridWindow (m_gridWin) now corresponds to the non-frozen part
of the grid, with up to 3 new similar windows for the frozen
rows/columns and the frozen corner cells (which only exist if both rows
and columns are frozen) being additionally used.
Doing this involved adding "wxGridWindow*" parameter to many functions
that previously only worked with m_gridWin itself and addressing
additional complications, such as mouse events that can now cross
different windows.

The "Native" menu item actually only toggled drawing native-lookalike
labels, but didn't use wxHeaderCtrl as could be expected. Rename the
existing menu item to "Native-like" and add the new "Native" one which
really enables the use of wxHeaderCtrl.
Allow to quickly check that cell/block/row/column selection works as expected.
This could be made more detailed, e.g. by dumping all the selected cells/rows/
columns if there are not too many of them, but for now this will do.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

By default the columns are auto-sized to fit just their label, which is fast
but not very user-friendly. Allow customizing this behaviour by handling the
(new) wxEVT_GRID_COL_AUTO_SIZE event.

Don't assert if an already hidden/shown row/column is being hidden/shown again
but simply don't do anything. This is more convenient because the code outside
wxGrid has no efficient way to only hide a row/column if it's currently shown.

Allow making TAB/Shift-TAB wrap to the next/previous row or going to the
next/previous control when the cursor is at the end/beginning of the current
row easily.
Also add wxEVT_GRID_TABBING event to allow customizing TAB behaviour even
further.
Update the sample to show the different possible standard behaviours and a
stupid example of a custom one (it would be probably more useful to implement
something a tad more realistic, e.g. tabbing to the next non-empty cell).

This code is broken as it doesn't always show the selection correctly and
doesn't handle rows-or-columns selection mode at all. Until we can fix it
properly it's better to not have it at all so that at least people avoid
copying the wrong code into their own programs.

Make it possible to customize the appearance of wxGrid corner window and its
row and column headers by defining custom renderers for them.
Add demonstration of this new feature to the grid sample and update the
documentation.

- Add XYToCell() overloads returning wxGridCellCoords (instead of modifying the
argument passed by reference -- where did this come from?) and document them.
- Added GoToCell() which does make the new current cell visible unlike
SetGridCursor() (which was documented as doing it, but wasn't)
- Changed SetCurrentCell() to only not change the cell if wxEVT_GRID_SELECT_CELL
it generates is vetoed, not just processed as this seems to make more sense
- Split jumbo (~400 lines) ProcessGridCellMouseEvent() function into chunks
- Add many more comments to make reading this code seem less like puzzle
solving for the next unfortunate soul to do it
