a8945eeff6 * Fixed wxToolbar95 and wxToolbarGTK to emit TOOL_ENTER event with id==-1 when the mouse 
leaves a tool.
* Fixed wxToolbar95::FindToolForPosition to take into account dummy spacers inserted
  together with a control for comctl32.dll versions < 4.71

33ac7e6f01 Updates to fix Watcom C/C++ 11.0 compiler warning problems. Now compiles 
clean with this compiler. Hopefully I did this without breaking other
compilers.

e63fdcd600 Speed fix for wxGenericDirCtrl, starting to add text input control; 
added wxWS_EX_NO_AUTOFOCUS for wxMSW so we can stop wxToolBar accepting
the focus; UI update improvement to send commands to current focus window;
split tree control horiz. scrollbar problem fixed

edccf4281b 1. wxDialogs are now destroyed when they go out of scope 
2. [GS]etDefaultItem() are now in wxPanel, not wxWindow
3. better checking for g_isPainting - hopefully no more false asserts
4. wxListCtrl not recreated any more when view changes, this corrects
   the bug with selection not working after view mode change
5. wxListCtrl now generates wxEVT_ITEM_ACTIVATED event
6. you can now press/toggle a button with a space
7. couple of other minor fixes
