Just test m_blockEvents directly, there doesn't seem to be any gain in
using an accessor here.
Also test it only once instead of doing it twice in
MacHandleSelectionChange().
Provide native implementation of this function instead of using the ad hoc one
in common code, which didn't really work -- so remove it completely now.

Make wxListBox behave the same as in the other ports and invalidate its best
size after inserting items into it.
In the future it would be nice to call this from the base wxWindowWithItems
class itself, rather than doing it in port-specific DoInsertItems() for all
ports, but for now this will do.

This should result in more expected, and more consistent with MSW, order of
the items differing in case only.
Also do the same for wxChoice in wxGTK1.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Use the same short names as are used by the event table macros for the event
type constants themselves. This makes them much more comfortable to use, e.g.
Bind(wxEVT_BUTTON) compared to Bind(wxEVT_COMMAND_BUTTON_CLICKED).
The old long names are still kept for backwards compatibility and shouldn't be
removed as it doesn't really cost anything to continue providing them, but all
new event types should only use the short versions.

Fixed commented names (path, filename, and extension) of files in include/ and src/. Prepended the names in src/ with "src/" everywhere, while starting those in include/wx/ with "wx/".

The listbox showed its last, not first, item after creation in wxOSX which was
inconsistent with the other ports and generally inconvenient.
Fix this by ensuring that the first item being inserted is shown, and not the
last one as was (implicitly) the case before. A better fix would be to avoid
scrolling entirely but I don't know how to do this with NSClipView.

Add missing svn:eol-style property to all .cpp files. Also set svn:keywords for .cpp files which don't have that property yet to Id, including src/osx/core/glgrab.cpp for consistency (it doesn't make use of the property).

Use wxDELETE[A]() functions which automatically NULL out their arguments after
deleting them instead of doing it manually.
