dac1ab1279 Remove wxFileSystemWatcher::OnXXX() virtual methods documentation. 
These functions don't exist any more (they had been present initially but were
removed in r61484 and r61476 for Unix and MSW respectively) so don't document
them.

See #12847.

c6eea7ff8b Correct wxFileSystemWatcher::GetWatchedPathsCount() documentation. 
The method name was misspelt.

Also improve the description slightly.

6b8ef0b35d Merge SOC2009_FSWATCHER branch into trunk. 
Merges everything from the branch with only some minor changes, mostly renamed
wxUSE_FSWATCHER_{INOTIFY,KQUEUE} to wxHAS_{INOTIFY,KQUEUE}.

Add wxFileSystemWatcher and related classes.

Also introduces wxEventLoopSource.
