4bc67cc550 Update for bitmap, image on scaling, transparancy, 
wxCHECKs and no more dependance of wxBitmap on wxImage

e52f60e652 Added install scripts in missing places 
Fixed wxFrame resize behaviour for GTK 1.1.3

cf7a7e133b It's possible now to save to a PNG. OK, I still 
have performance problems, but it's a start.

c67daf8777 General tidy-up (mainly typecasts) to allow the use of the SGI native

It *should* be buggy... Cause I do not know GTK...

it's possible now to call Close() after ShowModal()
  dialog sample works
  changed wxString::First() etc to return -1
