5633b968f5 [ 1557935 ] wxPalette::GetColoursCount implementation 
I commited the version which MSDN claims to be
     available since Windows 95. No idea why MFC
     doesn't use it.

33ac7e6f01 Updates to fix Watcom C/C++ 11.0 compiler warning problems. Now compiles 
clean with this compiler. Hopefully I did this without breaking other
compilers.
