a9dce8897e put __attribute__((deprecated)) before declaration and not after it as gcc seems to accept both and doing it like this allows to simplify wxDEPRECATED_INLINE() definition by using the same expansion for all compilers

78cd9c69eb wxBORDER_THEME now means 'use an appropriate themed border' on all plaforms 
as opposed to wxBORDER_NONE which may or may not show a border, depending on control.

6f3f9b50aa Made wxBORDER_THEME the same as wxBORDER_DEFAULT 
Moved wxControl::GetBorderStyle into wxWindowMSW::GetBorderStyle
but added GetBorderStyle to have the same behaviour as before (so e.g.
notebook panels don't get borders)
Improved help window borders

a047aff270 Added wxBORDER_THEME, wxWindow::GetDefaultBorderForControl(), wxWindow::CanApplyThemeBorder(). 
wxTextCtrl and wxSearchCtrl now get the correct border on wxMSW, and the wxRichTextCtrl sample
also now demonstrates correct borders.

e57ee9bb0c define ATTRIBUTE_PRINTF(m,n) and not just ATTRIBUTE_PRINTF as nothing when the compiler doesn't support it, otherwise it can result in compiler errors when wx/defs.h is included before a standard header using ATTRIBUTE_PRINTF() as (at least version 2.6.20 of) xmlerror.h from libxml2 does

fb52c2b671 added macros to avoid code repetition when defining comparison operators; use them to replace existing operators in wxUniChar and wxUniCharRef (fixing bug in the operator== and != of the latter) and added comparison operators for const wxChar * and wxCStrData which are needed to compile existing code comparing pointers with s.c_str()

4db88d421b [GTK] Do not define *_DEPRECATED macros for the gtk+ stack in preparation of a stable wx release, as we can not 
know what functions become deprecated in future releases of gtk+ and co, while the stable wx release should last
the test of time.
We could do some preprocessor magic to automatically define the macros only for development releases (whose minor
version number is odd, not even), but as the releases is close, don't do this at this point, as some compilers
might not like the initial try. I will bring these macros back to HEAD, together with the automation, once 2.8
branches.

3e0071d949 Fix buffer overrun in Linux/x86_64 (Pixel is a 64 bit long, passing 
a 32 bit int pointer to XtVaGetValues will cause trouble). Using a long
should suffice. A configure test would be better.
