7ce6cff5ab Extend functionality of wxPropertyGridInterface::SetPropertyColoursToDefault method. 
SetPropertyTextColour, SetPropertyBackgroundColour methods are able to set colours recursively for sub-properties but SetPropertyColoursToDefault method is not.
For the sake of consistency, SetPropertyColoursToDefault method is extended to have the same capabilities as SetPropertyTextColour and SetPropertyBackgroundColour. Behaviour and signature in default case (no recursion) is preserved.
For internal purposes there were also implemented helper methods in wxPGProperty class: SetDefaultColours, ClearCells.

5158ce4944 Add wxPropertyGridInterface::SetPropertyValue setter for native datatypes wxLongLong_t and wxULongLong_t.

7c6943175b Prepare wxPG to build successfully when wxUSE_LONGLONG or wxUSE_DATETIME is disabled. 
Make the code ready to build even when wxLongLong and wxDateTime types are not available.

6a7b95f419 Use predefined constants to represent common wxPG variant types (cont.). 
Instead of using individual string literals use globally defined constants representing wxPG variant types (wxLongLong, wxULongLong, wxArrayInt, etc.).

5353a00180 Use wxVariant::IsType() function to check the type of variant values in wxPG. 
Since there is a dedicated function to check the type of variant then there is not necessary to call wxVariant::GetType() function and perform explicit comparisons of returned strings.

9698181b45 Use getter/setter methods to get access to wxPGProperty::m_flags. 
Use dedicated wxPGProperty::HasFlags, wxPGProperty::SetFlag methods to check or modify wxPGProperty::m_flags member variable.

71db47d26a Refresh property grid when property is switched to read-only state. 
Property grid is refreshed to reflect the new state of the property.
Small refactoring of wxPropertyGridInterface class: SetPropertyReadOnly() function body moved from header file to source file.

Closes #16306.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

951b385ad8 Remove the apparently unneeded wxPGPropArgCls default ctor. 
This ctor didn't initialize the flags correctly and could result in a crash
when a default constructed object was destroyed.

Closes #15174.

4c51a665c6 Fixed various typos. 
Applied patch by snowleopard2 fixing a bunch of typos such as misspellings and double words in the documentation. Combined the patch with some local queued typos waiting to be committed as well as adding new typo fixes inspired by the patch.

Function names with American spelling were not changed nor was third-party code touched. The only code changes involve some changes in strings that are translated ("Can not" -> "Cannot").

Closes #13063 (again).

80fdcdb90e No changes, synchronised source names that appear commented at the top of files with the actual path to the files. 
Fixed commented names (path, filename, and extension) of files in include/ and src/. Prepended the names in src/ with "src/" everywhere, while starting those in include/wx/ with "wx/".

258593354e Fix build with Borland C++ compiler. 
Disable some parts of the code that this compiler had problems with. Add
parentheses to work around its bugs elsewhere.

8d94819c43 Remove wxUSE_WCHAR_T checks. 
wxWidgets requires wchar_t for some time now; wx/chartype.h has a check
to fail complation without it. Simplify code by removing now-dead code
for the !wxUSE_WCHAR_T case.

d7e2b52235 Reworked wxPGCell. It is now reference counted, and therefore much more user friendly, and is used internally as basis for most property colour values instead of separate row text and bg colours.
