0ca580f6fb Process pending events before deleting pending objects, and do it 
regardless of the value of wxUSE_THREADS (wxPostEvents can be used
in single threaded apps). Changed: wxApp::OnIdle

236a9de39a moved wxDash typedef to gdicmn.h

2. wxWindow::Create() always takes a wxValidator parameter, even if
   !wxUSE_VALIDATORS - it is just ignored then, tons of #if wxUSE_VALIDATORS

e838cc1468 1. wxMotif toolbar works; the toggle buttons have the same width as the other 
ones and not twice as big
2. wxMotif::wxBitmap(from XPM) ctor now takes either "char **" or "const char
   **", as in wxGTK
3. added an X error handler to wxMotif (debug only)
