8a60ff0af8 If the number or float editor is being used but the values are

ec53826c06 Fixed wxGridCellFloatEditor::Clone 
Changed wxGridCellEditor::GetString to use %f instead of %g to match
the Renderer, otherwise it would truncate/round the value to
m_precision significant digits instead of m_precision digits after the
decimal point.

70e8d96150 Don't try to release the mouse unless we actually have it captured. 
The mouse capture can be lost if an event handler shows a modal
dialog, for example.

ccd970b13b Fixed a bug that prevented editors and renderers to be purly data type 
dirven (IOW, if no other cell attributes have been set but the cell
has a non-string type.)

59ddac0109 Derive wxGridWindow from wxWindow instead of wxPanel so thw SetFocus 
in HideCellEditControl() will actually set the focus to the grid
window instead of back to the cell editor which was just hidden.

b54e41c529 1. fixed typo ('&' instead of '|') in wxNotebook 
2. changed wxTC_MULTILINE to be equal to wxNB_MULTILINE and != 0
3. much more efficient selection handling in virtual wxListCtrl,
   we can now select 1000000 items without problems
4. kbd/mouse selection (ctrl/shift handling) fixed in wxListCtrl
5. added wxSortedArray::IndexForInsert() and AddAt(), remove Remove(size_t),
   use RemoveAt() instead

bf7945cef1 Added EVT_GRID_EDITOR_CREATED and wxGridEditorCreatedEvent so the user 
code can get access to the edit control when it is created, (to push
on a custom event handler for example.)

d2520c85b0 Added accessors for the sub-windows in the wxGrid. 
Added methods to get/set the pen width used for the current cell
highlight, bot normal and read-only.

Fixed (I think) the problem of the cell highlight leaving extra lines
behind when the grid lines are turned off

b51c3f276c Redirected mouse wheel events from the child grid windows to the 
wxGrid so the default behaviour in wxScrolledWindow can take care of
it.

faec5a4383 Added patch #412132 (Fix for bug #215410) (Mainly in CalcDimensions()), 
changing GRID_SCROLL_LINE to 1.
Fixed Bug #413014 (Missing refresh after calling DeleteCols) by fixing
        Redimension.
Fixed Bug #232657 (Mouse not captured during wxGrid column resize) by
        fixing ChangeCursorMode.
Fixed some minor problems with screen updates (CalcDimensions should only be
        called while not BatchMode, Autosizing Rows/Cols should happen within
        BatchMode, Sizing a row/column should update also labels)
        - touched various functions.

a4f7bf5849 Changed wxGridCellEditor::IsAcceptedKey to only check Control and Alt, 
not Meta.  (NumLock is Meta for me, and so the old setting wouldn't
let any key activate the control if NumLock was on.)

Checked for WXK_NUMPAD_ENTER everywhere we were checking for
WXK_RETURN.

84912ef8b7 Allow a NULL editor and/or renderer to be passed to RegisterDataType 
and not crash when it tries to get them later.  (If NULL it falls back
to the grid's default like it used to before the type registry was
added.)

Added wxTE_PROCESS_TAB to wxTextCtrl style for MSW.
