e029dde795 Turn off the RefDoc for constructors of the classes that have a 
RefDoc.  This prevents the doc from being duplicated in the metadata.

da32eb53cb Changed (again) how the GIL is aquired and the tstate restored. This 
time it's simpler, better, and handles the case where there is a wx
calback/event while the GIL has been released by a non-wxPython
extension module.

b2dc104421 More changes to make the autodocs be better, made all the namestrings 
and such be visible to swig so the autodoc generator knows how to
rename them.

dd9f7fea29 Changed all TRUE/true --> True and all FALSE/false --> False so the 
Python docstrings will have the correct case.

Started adding extra docstrings where needed.

Some other little tweaks and fixes.

3628e08886 Added Python wrappers for wxRTTI for the wxVScrolledWindow, 
wxVListBox, and wxHtmlListBox classes.

Removed the calls to wxClassInfo::Cleanup and Initialize.

6e2129f90f Changed the name of export.h to wxPython.h so it wouldn't be so 
generic.  This is the header that should be included by 3rd party
stuff that is embedding wxPython or making a new wxPython extension
module.

c594325333 Changes to ensure that GDI objects returned from Python methods are 
copied, not just left as references.  The old way was
counter-intuitive for Python.

09f3d4e679 Added XRCed to the wxPython Tools directory, contributed by Roman 
Rolinsky.

Added wrappers for the default ctor and the Create methods for most
window classes.

e508a2b616 Added the wxClassInfo stuff back in to the modules that are 
standalone.  This is needed so any classes defined in the module will
get hooked up with their parents and assertions like "is wxWindow"
will work.

1e7ecb7be0 Massive code changes and cleanup to allow wxPython to be split into 
multiple extension modules again.  A Python CObject is used to allow
the "export" of SWIG and other common helper functions from the wxc
module to other modules, even if they are in separate shared
libraries.  Should also be usable from 3rd party code, just include
wxPython/src/export.h

Changed the default setup so the following are built as separate
extension modules:  calendar, glcanvas, grid, html, ogl, stc, and
utils.  Will probably add more later.
