3b50432abf Added regex to WXINC line (patch from Markus G) 
Added definition of RM for use in makefiles so that 'erase' can be overridden with a different file deletion program (like 'rm')

1. BC++ 5.5 compilation/building fixes
2. wxMSW listctrl will use correct ILC_COLOR flag depending on current display
   depth

34138703c3 Changes mostly as a result of __WXSTUBS__ compilation. The stubs code now 
compiles under Windows with VC++. Also OGL enhancements espec. wxDrawnShape.
