Don't return NULL widget from wxFileCtrl page of widgets sample.
...
This makes all the common operations such as setting tooltip, colours &c on
this page simply crash.

Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently.
...
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.
