Use the same short names as are used by the event table macros for the event
type constants themselves. This makes them much more comfortable to use, e.g.
Bind(wxEVT_BUTTON) compared to Bind(wxEVT_COMMAND_BUTTON_CLICKED).
The old long names are still kept for backwards compatibility and shouldn't be
removed as it doesn't really cost anything to continue providing them, but all
new event types should only use the short versions.

Create wxFileDialog with correct initial directory and default file name from
the very beginning instead of updating it later. This makes the code simpler
and also actually makes it work as the initial directory setting was
overwritten by setting the default path later even if it didn't contain any
directory component.

This method allows to configure the initial directory to be shown when
browsing for files in an initially empty wxFileDirPickerCtrl.
It is also available for wxDirPickerCtrl but is less useful there.

This fixes the styles used in the native wxGTK version after changes in
r63654: we must initialize base class m_pickerStyle now and the code didn't do
this before resulting in various asserts and incorrect behaviour.

The picker styles don't make sense for the button so we don't use them when
creating the button but we do need to somehow use the style the picker was
created with to create an appropriate dialog when it's clicked.
Fix the problem by simply storing the style in a member variable and using it
instead of wxWindow::m_windowStyle.
