Don't request touch event generation for all windows by default, this
has an inherent overhead and is not needed for 99% of the application
windows, so require calling EnableTouchEvents() explicitly to do it
instead.
Note that this requires properly initializing gesture recognizers in
wxOSX now that they're not always allocated, otherwise releasing them
when destroying the window would crash.
wxFont::AddPrivateFont() can now be used to load a font from a file for the
applications private use. Update the font sample to show this.
Closes#13568.
Provide native implementation of this function instead of using the ad hoc one
in common code, which didn't really work -- so remove it completely now.
Closes#17189.
Should work for Caret, still has a problem with the transformation matrix otherwise, too many things have changed there for me to find a quick solutions.
Rewrote wxOSX radio groups-related code reusing the code which works on
wxMSW and which seems to provide more rich functionality (supports adding
radio as well as no-radio items) and to have known bugs fixed.
The ranges of all radio groups are stored in wxMenu itself instead of
storing the information about the radio group an item belongs to in
the item itself - see 89511b4268.

Closes#17568.
Apparently various text wrapping modes are not supported natively by
NSTextView (apart from word wrapping which is used by default) and
non-default wrapping has to be implemented in the custom code.
To wrap lines at any character, NSLineBreakByCharWrapping style should be
applied at any text change to the entire text stored in NSTextStorage
associated with NSTextView. This is done in DoUpdateTextStyle() method
which is called from controlTextDidChange() when text is modified by
the user, or SetStringValue() and WriteText() when text is set
programmatically.
This virtual method is implemented in wxWindowBase class only when
wxUSE_DRAG_AND_DROP==1, so it should be re-implemented in the derived class
wxWindowMac also only when wxUSE_DRAG_AND_DROP==1.
Apparently there is no native API to retrieve such information in a simple
way so all calculations have to be done with raw text stored in
the corresponding control(s).

See #17811.
Use underscores on them to show that they are different from properties or
local variables (in pure Objective C they would actually start with
underscores, but this is not a good idea in C++ code) and avoid conflict
between a member name and "wxAlignment" type name, which was confusing.
Instead of disabling vertical alignment support in wxDataViewCtrl, move the
private variables to the header file: this is supported by all versions of the
Objective-C runtime, including the old one used for 32 bit applications,
unlike the new way based on declaring the variable in an anonymous extension.
This replaces the changes of 22216b70e7.
In order to allow inclusion of configure determined flags via a wx/setup.h include also for xcode builds, the include has to move into the setup0.h template
* using fontAttributes dictionary allows for better emulation of bold typefaces, also switch to using color from context, this allows keeping the same dict throughout, as a side effect fix font caching

Move it out from the auto-generated section to avoid losing it during the next
build/update-setup-h execution (see e24bc249e4
which added this option in the wrong place).
This was erroneously removed by e82c619402 but
it still needs to be defined here, even if it's not used under macOS, in order
to avoid errors about it being undefined in wx/unix/chkconf.h.
Follow up to 60bd6842e4. Apply equivalent
changes to wxMarkupToAttrString, add a new wxItemMarkupToAttrString
class for mnemonics-less strings and use it in wxDataViewTextRenderer.
Use an enum instead of type-unsafe "int" for the second parameter of the
recently added wxStandardPaths::MakeConfigFileName().
This also avoids unnatural dependency of wxStandardPaths on
wxCONFIG_USE_SUBDIR constant defined in a higher level wxFileConfig class.
No real changes, but just make things a bit more robust and hopefully more
clear.
While we have to keep these conversions enabled by default, they are very
dangerous as they can result in silent data loss on any system not using a
locale with UTF-8 encoding, i.e. always under MSW.
Allow mitigating this by defining wxNO_UNSAFE_WXSTRING_CONV when compiling the
application code using the library, which makes these conversions invisible to
the user code, and so can be used without recompiling the library.
Also add wxUSE_UNSAFE_WXSTRING_CONV which can be set to 0 when compiling the
library to disable these conversions globally for all applications using it.

Propagate the change done in 49000defcf to the
generated include/wx/msw/setup0.h file to wx/setup_inc.h, so that this change
won't be lost during future regenerations.
Fix breakage introduced by 587067bc68:
pasting text could mangle some Unicode characters if it was in UTF-16.
The code in that commit converted newlines all right, but it also
converted _any_ occurrence of 0x0d to 0x0a, which wasn't very Unicode
friendly.
Fixed by partially reverting the change and adding a dedicated UTF-16
variant of wxMacConvertNewlines13To10() instead.
