0b9ab0bd82 Added new dynamic loading classes. (which handle proper 
wxRTTI and wxModule initialisation and unloading)
Removed serialisation code from wxObject and elsewhere.
Added USER_EXPORTED hash and list macros.
Added *_PLUGGABLE_CLASS defines for exporting dynamic wxObjects
from dlls.

ba0b7b3238 fixed yet another bug in wxStream classes 
(This time, the braindead wannabe coder who wrote the original code created
wxStreamBase instance and then casted it to wxInputStream and hapilly used the stream,
which could of course never work. Anybody knows a cheap hitman?)

cd6ce4a90c 1. wxProcess changes to make capturing subprocess output easier (and more 
reliable), now works in both sync and async modes
2. wxSafeYieldBug() corrected, wxWindowDisabler which is now used in it
   added and documented
3. exec sample updated to illustrate capturing the subprocess output
4. wxStreamBase::IsOk() added
5. wxInputStream::Eof() added and non-blocking Eof() implementation in
   wxPipeInputStream used by wxExecute

5ac8158ad9 Fixed wxInputStream::Ungetch behaviour so that if you 
a) unget a buffer (AAABBB)
b) read some data (AAA)
c) unget a second buffer (CCC)

it works OK now (you will get CCCBBB, instead of CCCAAABBB as before)

1b055864b6 Added tests for buffered streams. 
Made wxBufferedOutputStream call Sync() in
    the destructor and SeekO().
  Documented this.
  Use buffered streams in wxImage. Seems to
    significantly speed-up the sample.
