40c7a5fc4e Fixed the "Can't open file" message in ReadDIB so that it actually

d13c32e99d WS_CLIPCHILDREN is not always enabled in wxNotebook (caused painting problems). 
Memory leak checking in app.cpp (wxMSW) now does checking from last checkpoint.
