055e633de6 Make multi-line text control focussable 
by using tabs under GTK 2.0.
  Make hitting ENTER in a wxSpinCtrl to
    activate the default button work.

f8b043e78f Added better visual feedback for tree control

584ad2a32f Added some missing STL-like wxArray/wxArrayString constructors. 
Added helper class wxCArrayString, better replacement for
wxArrayString::GetStringArray.
  Added overloaded constructors and Create() methods taking
a wxArrayString for wxCheckListBox, wxChoice, wxComboBox,
wxListBox, wxRadioBox, wxSingleChoiceDialog, wxMultipleChoiceDialog.

9add93670b wxMenu::Append (and similar) now return a pointer to the wxMenuItem 
that was added.  Checked on MSW, GTK, and Mac, other port authors
please double check changes.

2cfddfe7ca Sometimes the clipping region can become bigger than the 
actual window, and this can cause X11 to fail inside gdk_gc_set_clip_region
intermittently. The clipping region is now limited to the actual
window size so only valid regions can be passed to this function.
