ef4a634b1b Fixed wxMac's wxTextCtrl::SetSelection so that (-1,-1) will select the 
entire value like other ports do.

59b9edf0b3 Initialized the controls on the widgets spinbutton page 
and checked for NULL in one of the event handlers, since
on the Mac the event handler may be called before the
control is properly initialized
Tested for an empty string in Mac's textctrl.cpp
else we get a crash if there is nothing in the text control

f5c6eb5c17 modified configure to allow configuration of wxMotif under Darwin/Mac OS X 
wxWindows can be configured as wxMac or wxMotif under Mac OS X
replaced __WXMAC_X__ define by __DARWIN__ (general Darwin related issues)
moved dlopen/dlerror code to dynlib.cpp to make it available for wxMotif
