6371dc5ddc fixed linking with visibility enable on Ubuntu and some other systems (any gcc 4.2 amd64?) by removing superfluous virtual wxColour::Ok() (already in wxColourBase)

c668531784 1. more accurate conversion from 8-bit wx color to 16-bit GDK color 
2. eliminate possiblity of wxColour RGB values changing depending on colormap
3. don't allow non-const pointer access to internal GdkColor

ab7ce33c56 disable use of #pragma interface under Mac OS X 
GNU compiler included with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) as well as August Developer
Tools update contain a bug concerning #pragma interface handling that can only
be worked around by not using them (and they are not necessary anyways)

c89f5c02b1 Added missing test in wxObject::Ref() for already 
equal objects (same m_refData).
  Implemented new ref counting for wxBrush, wxPen
    and wxColour (in addition to wxRegion). Also
    inlined some more functions and implemented
    real comparisons.
  Corrected refresh code to update GTK's window-less
    widgets if overdrawn after a wxWindow::Refresh().

68dda78574 1. wxTextCtrl::SetBackgroundColour() now works 
2. wxListBox::SetBackgroundColour() now does something, although still not
   what I'd like
3. wxColour() now has a ctor from "const char *" to allow calls like
   SetBackgroundColour("green");
4. controls sample modified to use colors
